| Self explanatory really, lot's of lad's on here knowing what's what and plenty with talent so feel free to put up a host of your mixes as I for one love sitting there having a good browse of other people's music and what they are upto/into, just a small write up and link so people know what to expect....
my own soundcloud page lot's of nu disco, edit's, house, deep, soul, vintage break's, synth, italo, sample's & loop's and lot's of disco bomb's most recent at the top of page

The cheapest and simplist place would be virtual DJ. Download the trial / cracked version and have a play around. Seeing the waveforms / bars / phrases etc really helped me understand the structure of tracks and the autosync button means you can just practice blending songs together, get to grips with the eqs, looping etc Then when you want to actually spend some money you could either just get a controller for VDJ like a hercules RMX, standard CDJs (cost a small fortune for some good new ones mind like Pioneer 800), Serato with timecode vinyl etc there are so many ways to go just whatever suits your needs and budget really

You can buy the full mp3 on downloads from most of the record shop's - juno / hard to find records etc, if you download them from just anywhere you run the risk of it not being high quality or if it's from a link from a website/blog etc sometimes there are small faults either from uploading or from the producer who shares it as it knocks the beat out so its harder to mix with hence making you buy the original from somewhere, i've found this out quite a bit as ive tried to replace all my vinyl digitally and just downloaded them from any source I could find, I even bought a vinyl deck with a usb connection to digitalise my vinyl but again there were mistakes when I tried it, like the record skipping or a surface scratch, so I would recomend buying the high quality 320 mp3's If your serious about it

By mixing tracks I guess you mean extended mixes of songs? If you download from Juno, Beatport, TrackitDown, Traxsource etc they'll always be the full "dj friendly" versions.
